ctn-dev software package provides Development files for Central Test Node, a DICOM implementation, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ctn-dev
ctn-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ctn-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ctn-dev *
You will get with ctn-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
